To ensure that Navy SEAL Museum San Diego has a successful beginning, Mitch Wilneff (NSM Advisory Board Member) and his wife, Marla Wilneff, have stepped forward with a matching gift opportunity.

With just days left in the year, this special year-end giving strategy is designed to inspire individuals like you to maximize your year-end giving, allowing you to double your impact while ensuring that the Navy SEAL Museum enters the coming year on a solid footing.

By leveraging both the financial and inspirational effects of a matching gift, the Wilneff’s aim to establish the museum as an important tribute to the Navy SEALs.

• • • Making a gift in honor or in memory of someone special is a heartfelt way to show admiration and pay tribute. Gifts made through the Wilneff Challenge can be in any amount and are accepted until December 31, 2025. When you make a tribute gift, notice of your tribute will be sent to the individual you specify, without disclosing the amount of your donation. Additionally, your gift will be matched, making your tribute even more meaningful.
    • For those who give a gift of $10,000 or more, you will receive special recognition. Your name or family name will be prominently displayed on the exquisite Donor Wall of Honor, located on the first level inside the Museum.
