Lieutenant Commander (SEAL) Hector Delgado, USN (Ret)

Lieutenant Commander (SEAL) Hector Delgado, USN (Ret)

Lieutenant Commander Delgado is a retired United States Navy SEAL, with over twenty-nine years of active and reserve service. In 2006, he was mobilized with SEAL Team THREE for a combat tour in Ramadi, Iraq, receiving a Navy Commendation Medal with Combat “V.”

He has served with SEAL Teams TWO, THREE, FOUR, EIGHTEEN and Special Operations Command Central and South. His tours of duty have included the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and South America.

Mr. Delgado has a wealth of expertise that has been refined not only in a military environment, but also extensively in the governmental sector, where he has been responsible for budgets, training, and logistics for thousands of people. He has trained thousands of students in the use of weapons, demolition, physical security, and executive protection.

Mr. Delgado is also a retired Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Palm Beach County, Florida. Throughout his career, Special Agent Delgado served in several positions, including being a member of the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), Miami field office.

Over the past fifteen years Mr. Delgado has conducted Active Shooter Response Training seminars around the country and is recognized as an expert in this field. He has served on Governor DeSantis’s Committee on Public Safety during the Governor’s transition.

Mr. Delgado is also a successful entrepreneur and patent holder, having started, managed, and sold numerous enterprises. He is co-founder of SOS-Technologies LLC, a newly developed technology designed to drastically enhance response time of law enforcement and victims in an active shooter event. The SOS Threat Alert System simultaneously alerts law enforcement, end users of the system, 911-disptach, and nearest trauma hospitals within seconds.

Mr. Delgado’s core values of honesty, integrity, and generosity are what have helped propel him to his current success. These same qualities inspire him to give back to the communities in which he resides. He mentors teenagers who make career decisions to enlist in the military and he sits on the Naval Academy selection board on behalf of Senator Marco Rubio.

As a member of the Board of Directors of the National Navy SEAL Museum, Mr. Delgado plays an instrumental role in the Museum’s continued growth and development.

Master Chief (SEAL) Rick Kaiser, USN (Ret.)

Rick was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After attending Basic Underwater Demolition SEAL (BUD/S) training Class 109 in Coronado, California, he was assigned to SEAL Team TWO in 1980. Rick deployed three times with SEAL Team TWO 2nd Platoon, specializing in Winter Warfare, Sniping, and Combat Swimming. He was assigned to SEAL Team SIX in 1985 acting as lead diver, breacher, and sniper.

In 1993, Rick received the Silver Star for Valor during the Battle of Mogadishu (Black Hawk Down). He served as the Training Chief and lead sniper from 1993-2000. He then served as Deputy Operations Officer from 2001-2013, overseeing and managing numerous combat deployments post 9-11 of SEAL Team SIX personnel to Afghanistan, Iraq, Africa, and many other locations around the world.

Rick continues to serve his SEAL community and beyond as the Chief Executive Officer of the Navy SEAL Museum San Diego in California and the National Navy SEAL Museum in Fort Pierce, Florida. He lives in Vero Beach, Florida with his wife Barbara.
Rear Admiral (SEAL) Kerry M. Metz, USN (Ret.)

Rear Admiral (SEAL) Kerry M. Metz, USN (Ret.)

Commissioned via the Aviation Officer Candidate School in October 1984 and after a very brief time in aviation, Rear Admiral Kerry Metz was assigned to the surface fleet where he served on USS Enhance (MSO 437).

Transferring to Naval Special Warfare, he completed Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training with Class 149 in April 1988.

He served in both Naval Special Warfare and Joint Special Operations assignments. Previous commands include a Naval Special Warfare Task Unit, a Joint Task Force, Naval Special Warfare Group 11, and six Naval Special Warfare Reserve Units. His service overseas includes multiple deployments to Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.

Promoted to rear admiral in October 2011, he served as the deputy commander and then as interim commander of Special Operations Command Central from September 2011 to July 2013.

His final assignment was as the first commander of Special Operations Command North from August 2013 to July 2016, a subordinate unified command of U.S. Special Operations Command under the operational control of U.S. Northern Command. Rear Admiral Kerry Metz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver. He completed courses at the Air Command and Staff College, the Armed Forces Staff College and the Defense Language Institute.

Special Operator (SEAL) Jesse “Voodoo” Clay, USN (Ret.)

Special Operator (SEAL) Jesse “Voodoo” Clay, USN (Ret.)

Jesse “VooDoo” Clay is a native of New York state where, as a young adult, he excelled in sports and martial arts. His martial arts training was not confined to the United States; the majority of his training took place in Japan. This extensive training resulted in multiple accolades and awards, including being a four-time world heavyweight Kumite champion, former member of the U.S.A Karate National Team, and inductee into the World and U.S. Martial Arts Hall of Fame. Jesse is the founder and master instructor of CMAD, a combative training system designed and developed for Naval Special Warfare. This system is also used for law enforcement training across the country.

Jesse joined the Navy a year after finishing college. He completed corpsman training at Balboa Navy Hospital in San Diego, then went on to Parris Island, South Carolina where he worked as a corpsman for the U.S.M.C. Fleet Marine Force.

It was during this time that he decided to train to become a U.S. Navy SEAL. Jesse’s martial arts and disciplined background translated well to BUD/S training and ensuing Naval career. Jesse was in class 126 and assigned to SDV Team 2. While in SDV Team 2, Jesse spent time in the Middle East and South America in various capacities. Jesse will always value the Brotherhood resulting from his time in the Teams.

GMG2 (SEAL) Michael Donnelly, USN

Michael is a product of Miami, Florida. His journey into the Navy commenced at the age of 17. Driven by an unyielding desire to excel, he embarked upon a path that would permanently reshape his destiny.

His baptism into the realm of elite warriors commenced at the Basic Underwater Demolition SEAL School (BUD/S), where he emerged as a member of graduating class 173. From there, his prowess found its home within the esteemed ranks of SEAL Team Four. Through multiple deployments, he proved his mettle time and again, assuming pivotal roles as NAVSPEC Radioman, Sniper and Point man within his respective platoons. Notably, during his tenure in South America, Mike was the first Navy SEAL to be accepted into “Escuela de Lanceros” an international academy that has earned the reputation of being one of the hardest military special forces training courses around the world.

With over a decade of service as a Special Operations Navy SEAL, Donnelly embodies the ethos of relentless pursuit and unwavering dedication. Fueled by the invincible spirit of the “Never Quit” creed, he has seamlessly transitioned from the SEAL TEAMS to the boardroom, establishing a formidable presence in the realm of entrepreneurship.

Donnelly dedicates a significant portion of his time to philanthropic endeavors, spearheading fundraising initiatives for Non-Profit Veteran Organizations. And amidst his myriad commitments, he remains steadfast in his commitment to physical fitness and training, embodying the timeless adage that a sound mind resides in a healthy body.

At home in Miami, Michael spends the better part of his time with family: wife Claudia, sons Michael, Martin, and daughter Gabriela.

Jerry and Kelly Palmer, SEAL Team Colorado

Jerry and Kelly Palmer live in Littleton, Colorado. Prior to moving to Littleton five years ago, Jerry was a resident of San Diego since 1987 where he made his connections with the Navy SEAL community. Jerry is an Advisory Board Member and Co-chair of the Development Committee for the Navy SEAL Museum to be built in San Diego. Jerry is an investor and philanthropist in the Denver community, and Kelly is an independent real estate appraiser living in Colorado since 1991. Jerry and Kelly have five children ranging in age from 19 to 28 and are committed to improving their Denver community and the development of the Navy SEAL Museum in San Diego.
